Payment Authorization Holds
Madison Island places a temporary authorization hold on your payment method for the full amount of your order at the time of purchase. This hold is not an actual charge; it merely reserves the funds to cover the full order during your trial period.
Trial Period and Returns
During your trial period, you can try on your selected fashion items at home. If you decide to return all items within this period, the authorization hold will be released without any charges to your account.
If you keep some items and return others, charges will be adjusted accordingly. You will only be charged for the items you decide to keep after the trial ends.
Final Charges and Notifications
Once the trial period concludes, Madison Island will finalize the charges for the items you keep. You will receive a detailed notification outlining the charges for your review.
