How can I return items after a Trial?

If you’ve decided to return one or more items after your trial, just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Decide What to Keep

During your trial period, try on your items at home and decide which ones you’d like to keep and which ones you’d like to return.

You’ll only be charged for the items you choose to keep.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

For the items you’re returning:

• Make sure they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Place them back in the original packaging if possible

• Include all original tags and accessories

Step 3: Use the Return Label

Your order includes a prepaid return label.

• Attach the return label to your package

• Drop it off at the designated carrier listed on the label

Once the return is shipped, no further action is needed from you.

Step 4: Refund Processing

After we receive your return:

• Returned items will be checked within a few business days

• You’ll only be charged for the items you keep

• Refunds (if applicable) are issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
